Pez Limón is a project born from the hands of Elena and Hèctor, two
chefs with extensive culinary experience who join forces to create a
deep-rooted cuisine with an artisanal touch and seasonal flavors.
They work with local producers, ensuring a locally sourced product
with all the flavor and freshness of ingredients from the island of
Menorca.

Pez Limón is a Gastroteca that takes its name from the Lemon Fish
(ES), a fish abundant in the waters of the island of Menorca. Its
sound and elegance make it a pleasant and harmonious name, leading
us directly to taste.
Pez Limón is a space with a passion
for gastronomy, conveyed in an informal and fun way. It is a place
where people feel comfortable and have a great culinary experience
in the company of friends and family.
Pez Limón is a
culinary experience connected to nature, people, Mediterranean
gastronomy, which holds great cultural richness, and above all, the
island itself, resulting in a dynamic, versatile, and highly
distinctive cuisine with a circular movement.
